The Dr. Evil, from Lake X Lures, is a small prop style top water with a big sound. Taps and Tackle Co. can say that this size bait is one of the best sizes for the Wisconsin River and surrounding areas. The Dr. Evil has a great pop even at a slow speed. It is a solid plastic bait with single wire construction.
The Dr. Evil weighs 2.1 oz and has a 4 3/4" body (7.5" overall) Its 1 1/4" in diameter. You can also add a split ring to the front hook to get an extra click out of it.
