With Receipt 
Returned items accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Without Receipt
Refunds and exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.

If the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.

All rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer after 30 days.

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, or merchandise not on your packing slip, we will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs.

Also include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise. If the item was a gift and the recipient is returning the item for a refund, only a Taps and Tackle Co gift card will be issued.

Terms and Refund Policy:

1. We update our pictures regularly, but please note that due to the custom nature of these baits, there might be slight variations in colors and/or patterns. 

  1. International Shipping: Shipping charges only includes shipping. It does not include any international charges, including but not limited to import duties and taxes. Any additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your countries' customs office to determine what the additional cost will be prior to buying.

    3. Gift cards are non-refundable.

    4. Return Policy: 
    Return Timeline: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
    Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
    Shipping Returns: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 35b Park Ridge Dr. Stevens Point, Wi. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (from the original order or from the returned item). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    4. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There are no returns on discounted items. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

    5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tapsandtackleco@gmail.com. There may be a return fee and shipping cost associated with it.
